CRM Training  Learn About the New PlatformDODD is working to update many of our online applications like the Individual Data System (IDS) and the Level of Care (LOC) applications to provide better integration with other statewide systems, including the Ohio Department of Medicaid’s (ODM) new eligibility system, Ohio Benefits.As applications are updated, they are moved to a dynamic new platform called Customer Relationship Management (CRM). As a result, beginning July 1, 2015, IDS will have a very different look and feel that users will find easier to navigate.You can access resources to help you prepare for the changes by visiting the CRM Training page on the DODD website.


New Independent Provider Orientation   

Anticipating Changes to the Rule

In preparation for proposed changes to the Provider Certification Rule, 5123:2-2-01 (projected to take effect September 1, 2015) DODD has made a web-based
pre-certification orientation available.

The Independent Provider Orientation is an interactive overview of information important for anyone considering becoming an independent provider and is required in the proposed rule, prior to applying for provider certification.

An online orientation will also be made available to provider agency CEO’s  hired after the date in which the proposed rule would take effect.

Each orientation is takes approximately 20 minutes.
