Don’t Forget about Goodwill’s Community Closet Program! Goodwill’s Community Closet Program works with The Pioneer Center, turning your donations into vouchers to help the people we serve. The Pioneer Center and Goodwill have teamed up to make sure individuals with DD in our community have clothes, household items, and more when they need it through the Community Closet Program.

Goodwill leaves a gaylord at the Pioneer School (located in the lobby area close to the gym doors) so employees can bring in gently used clothing donations. If you know of family and friends that would like to donate to the organization they can take the items to Goodwill and let them know you are donating in The Pioneer Center’s name and we will receive the credit! This program will benefit individuals served by the Pioneer Center who are in a time of need – whether that be moving into a new home, recovering from a fire, or finding appropriate clothing for a new job.
